Refund policy
Our Refund Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. International buyers are not eligible for exchanges, sorry!
OUT WEST COUNTRY AU will return/exchange most items, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact outwestcountryau@hotmail.com to start the return/exchange process. OUT WEST COUNTRY AU will not cover the cost of return shipping. If you require a refund, the original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore will be deducted from the refund. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance or a tracking number to ensure you receive your package on time as we cannot guarantee the item will be returned back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it’s delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and fix it!
Refunds:
Once the product has been returned to us, we will inspect it before making the decision to refund/exchange it. If approved we will refund you via the original payment method.
